Do you have a project that you have a passion for?     Yes

Tell us about it!

My passion is to work with men and women at River City Mission. Gerald Ellington and I have a worship service on Sunday morning and a bible study on Thursday evenings. I even attempt to lead singing from a church hymnal.

The men are currently trying to raise all the money they can at yard sales with donated items from our community. We, along with others have raised over 20,000 dollars for the mission.

It is a blessing to work mainly with men that are truly destitute, to help them eat, have clothes, fill some local jobs, and maybe get back home and back to their families.

Tell me something that your former classmates probably don¢t know about you! (nothing criminal please) Some things you just don't share!

Any special memories you have of any of your classmates who have passed away? Tell us about them! Can be funny or sad or whatever you¢d like to share.

I hate to hear of losing any of our classmates. They have truly touched my life and I loved them all.

Any special memories of some of those of us who are still plugging away? Tell us about them! Can be funny or sad or whatever you¢d like to share.

Just try to stay with what you are doing and try to lay back for retirement, and count it a blessing to be able to work. Also prepare to meet the Lord before we leave this world.

Any special memory of a teacher? Can be good or bad! (No foul language will be printed online.) Personally, I'm thinking of Mrs. Violet Muse! Remember her and the denture incident? Ha!

I am so glad that Ms. Hawkins taught me to type. We didn't know of computers back then, but I think she maybe knew what was ahead.
