Do you have a project that you have a passion for? Tell us about it!

I used to love working with flowers until I got bitten by a tick infected with Lyme Disease now I have had it for over 2 years.  Needless to say I don't get to do that anymore.

Tell me something that your former classmates probably don’t know about you! (nothing criminal please) Some things you just don’t share!

I guess my life has been pretty much an open book.  I don't have anything to put here...oh yeah I dye my hair but I don't mind anyone knowing that. I just don't want to be white headed "just yet."

Any special memories you have of any of your classmates who have passed away? Tell us about them! Can be funny or sad or whatever you’d like to share.

"Bear Woods" could (how can I put this delicately)...expell gas on command.  In study hall he would do his little trick and the boys would have  girl picked out to point out and start laughing like she had done it.  When it came my turn, even though I knew what they were doing, my face got red as a beet.  He was so sweet and fun, he will be missed by all of us I know.

Any special memories of some of those of us who are still plugging away? Tell us about them! Can be funny or sad or whatever you’d like to share.

I remember when Jackie and I used to play in the creek that ran by her house until we found out it wasn't just water in it.  And remember how Jackie used to love those grapette sodas?  Marann and I used to play Wagon Train and before I could get it out of my mouth she would say "I got Guy Madison".  I really, really wanted him but I had to settle for Roy Rogers.  She and I used to sneak Miss Betty's Kent cigarettes and hide and puff on them until Avis Graves caught us.  She said she wouldn't tell if we would quit.  We quit because I think we knew we would both be in big trouble if we got caught by our parents.  Judy Brown's Mom used to make the best green beans I ever ate.  We used to go out in her front yard and play then as we got older we practiced cheers and the boys would drive by and honk and yell at us.  (We loved it though).  ha ha!!  One time when I spent the night with Marilyn Jennings we were out in a field playing and looked up and here came a bull charging toward us.  There was a round concrete thing we jumped in and had to stay there a long time because every time we stuck our heads up here he came again.  We finally beat him to the fence and at last were saved, ha.  I have so many memories and had such a great childhood.  Then as we moved on to high school we met and made close friends with ones from Arlington, Milburn and Cunningham.  Those were some great times!!!!!

Any special memory of a teacher? Can be good or bad! (No foul language will be printed online.)

I always liked it when Mr. Webb would tell us to shut our books, pick out a subject and we would discuss it that class period.  He always used to tell our class, sit up in your chair and look me in the eye when I am talking.  We did to.

Do you have a suggestion on how to make this website better??

It's just great the way it is.

You have done a wonderful job Judy and I personally want to thank you for it.
